A Bavarian Scandinavian soul, who loves to be on stage, as a moderator or speaker and using her voice & presence for talking about future of education, future of work or AI + humanity.

As a speaker and expert within the topics future of education, future skills or future of work Isabell had the honor to publish articles and discussed with renowned experts on several conferences. In September 2021 she was standing on the famous TEDx stage in Innsbruck and talked about those topics.  

As former Deputy Spokeswoman of CSU, Isabell is a communicationsexpert within politics and media and knows how to handle campaigns, social media and crisis communication. 2021 she was awarded „30 under 30“ (30 young communication talents under 30 years old) by PR Report. 

She has a long standing background in international media and hosting innovation & technology events or conferences as well as Hackathons or Pitch Battles.

As Head of Future of Work & Future Skills, she designs for companies future skills strategies and helps them to get the best out of their talents. Because we should „think digital, but act human“.

In 2019, she was invited to study at one of the best universities in the world: At the University of Cambridge. At the Institute for Manufacturing and as member of Darwin College she did research about AI, future of work and future skills and focused on uniquely human abilities.  

After finishing her Bachelors in Sociology, Politics and Economics at Zeppelin University, Germany in 2017 with semesters abroad in Odense and Brussels, she went back to her „second home“ Copenhagen and graduated with a Master of Science in International Business & Politics from Copenhagen Business School with a focus on Digital Strategy & HRM end of 2019.

She has special interests in social entrepreneurship, human-machine interaction, the future of work and female empowerment.
